Charlton Kings senior citizens who would otherwise not be able to shop on their own and wish to shop ‘independently’ are taken fortnightly on our minibus to a supermarket. Passengers are taken door-to-door, with passenger assistants to help pack and carry their shopping. This is a very popular service.
Shopping trips happen on Wednesday morning and afternoons and Friday morning, to Tesco and Morrisons.
